Immunization Requirements

All children attending public school in New Hampshire must be in compliance with the State’s current immunization laws and regulations.  Children must have proof of all required immunizations, or valid exemptions, in order to attend the first day of school.Below is a link that will take you to the current NH immunization requirements for the present school year.

Please ask your child's physician for a copy of any vaccinations given throughout their school years and send them into school to be kept in their health record. Students who are not in compliance with the immunization requirements may be excluded from school until the required vaccinations and documents are obtained
