All children shall have a complete physical examination prior to school entrance in accordance with RSA 200:32.
Students who wish to participate in a sport at Andover Middle School are required to have an ANNUAL physical examination by a licensed health care provider. A copy must be on file with the Health Office before they are eligible to participate in the athletic program.
